Courtyard Orem University Place

We had such a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Orem as a family of five! We booked adjoining rooms, which worked out perfectly for us—both rooms were spacious, super clean, and made our stay so comfortable. The location was also fantastic—close to restaurants, shopping, and everything we needed during our trip. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone we encountered was kind, helpful, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Kaimi, Sierra and Sophia for going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in town. Thank you to the entire team at Courtyard Marriott Orem for such a great experience!

Had an amazing stay here over the last week. Check-in was quick and simple, and the room was comfortable. Perhaps we were lucky, but it was incredibly quiet where our room was. The whole place was very clean as well which, as a bit of a clean freak when it comes to hotels, was a major plus. I had chosen this place due to it being within walking distance to so many locations and that convenience paid off. No need to rent a car and I spent less than $60 on rideshares for my group, saving that much money justified the expense I paid for the hotel. That said, the hotel is a bit on the pricier side. The location is the only real thing justifying the price (and only barely), as far as amenities and room size goes, it's lacking. However, overall, I had a lovely time here and intend to stay again for my next trip in May.

My wife and I are stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Orem Utah. The hotel is immaculately maintained and is located close to shopping, great places to eat and tourist attractions. We received a warm welcome by the hotel manager Craig Lindsey, making us feel like family. The hotel employees are all friendly and helpful. Just got back to O’ahu today from our trip to Orem, UT to see family. We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Orem, Utah at University Place where our experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff were all super friendly and professional. We met the General Manager who was also filled with so much aloha and connections were made. The location was perfect as my niece and her family lives on the same property as this hotel and the convenience of the mall, eating places, theater, Costco & more are all located on the same property. The hotel was super nice, clean, spacious and very accessible for my parents with ada abilities. We will definitely be back in Utah and will be staying at this same hotel again. Mahalo nui Craig & staff for an awesome experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed a night here and we had a great time. The shower was big and beautiful. The room was so pretty with a big window and a very comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and the service/hospitality provided was excellent.

Held an event here for work and had an exceptional experience. Tanner and Aiona were amazing to work with and incredibly accommodating, you can tell how much they both love their job. They did a great job setting up for the event and accommodating all of our needs. The lobby is beautiful and well maintained, food at the bistro was awesome and the rooms were very nice. The front desk staff is attentive and friendly. Sherrie who works at the front desk provided an incredible experience and customer service. I personally watched her handle busy rushes and address customer concerns beautifully.
